nicht doch! → oh no!

4. sie ist doch noch so jung → but she's still so young;

Sie wissen doch, wie das ist → you know how it is(, don't you?);

wenn doch → if only konj (aber) → but;

(trotzdem) → all the same;

und doch hat er es getan → but still he did it
